Our Story
We are THK Pan-Disability Centre, part of the Disability Services under Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities.
Established in October 2005, we are a sheltered workshop that aims to help Persons with Different Abilities to lead independent lives and participate actively in the community.
We offer vocational programmes to equip trainees with practical skills that enable them to seek gainful employment and reintegrate into the workforce. Many have successfully secured meaningful roles in sectors such as food and beverage and hospitality!
To support self-sustainability, we transformed some of our vocational programmes into social enterprises. The revenue generated is returned to our trainees as stipends.

Our Tracks
Bakery
Established in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, this initiative kept our trainees meaningfully engaged. To our surprise, our trainees enjoyed dough kneading because of the delightful buns they got to savour at the end!
Urban Farming
In our indoor hydroponics farming facility, our trainees cultivate microgreens, leafy vegetables, and herbs, fostering environmental stewardship and food awareness!
CraftWork
Hands-on activities, like crafting wax products, help our trainees refine fine motor skills, enhance creativity, and improve focus — all while showcasing their unique talents!
HouseKeeping
Our trainees develop essential housekeeping skills, including cleaning, emptying rubbish bins, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining a neat and organised environment!
