3. Product Information and Accuracy

Heart Shop strives to display accurate product details. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight variations in appearance, size, or packaging may occur. Heart Shop does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

4. Allergy Disclaimer

Food items sold on Heart Shop may contain or come into contact with allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, wheat, sesame. Customers with food sensitivities should exercise caution. THKMC disclaims all liability for allergic reactions or health outcomes resulting from product consumption.

5. Wax Product Disclaimer

Heart Shop’s wax-based items (e.g., candles, melts) are for external use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest or leave burning candles unattended. By purchasing, you agree that THKMC shall not be liable for injury, property damage, or misuse of such products.

6. Orders, Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made in full before orders are processed. THKMC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for such products unless they are defective or incorrect upon delivery. All return or refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt and accompanied by photographic evidence. Non-food items may be eligible for return if found defective upon receipt.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities

The content of this e-commerce site has been provided by THKMC to its fullest faith and knowledge. However, the content is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, immediately apparent or in the future.  To the fullest extent permissible and pursuant to laws of the Republic of Singapore, THKMC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, any warranties as to functionality, operability, accessibility, accuracy, correctness, reliability, updatedness, timeliness, satisfactory quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
