Our team of trainees are professionally trained and take pride in producing high-quality goods. Every item is crafted with care and attention to detail.

We deliver from Monday to Friday, between 10 am to 3pm.

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for select items under the following conditions:

• Mystery Buns: Eligible for same-day delivery if the order is placed before 11 AM.

• Other Bakery Products & HeartiCrafts items: Require 3 working days to process before they are ready for delivery.

• Vegetables Products: Available for same-day delivery if the order is placed before 11 AM.

You also have the option to collect your items directly at our centre.

You may self-collect your items from our Centre between 10 am to 4pm.

Bakery: Our products can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature. It is recommended to consume all baked goods before the expiration date mentioned on the packaging.

Vegetables: Keep in refrigerator for up to 1 week

Body Scrub: Keep in a dry jar/ container. Use spoon to scoop. Store in a cool place. Best within 3-6 months if water-free.

Bar soap: Let soap dry between uses. Store in a cool, dry place. Wrap unused bars in paper or cloth.

Wax Tablet: Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Avoid high heat to prevent melting. Do not place directly on clothes or wood surfaces.

Bakery: Yes. Some items may contain gluten, nuts, or dairy. Please refer to individual product descriptions.

Homemade bar soap and scrubs: This product is handmade with natural ingredients and may contain nuts, oils, essential oils, coffee, turmeric, or honey.

Please patch test before use. Not for use on broken or irritated skin. Discontinue if irritation occurs.

Some of our products are halal-certified.
