Siberian Kale Leaves

Siberian leafed kale is probably the first thing that comes to mind when you think of kale. The bright-green leaves are sometimes curled so tightly it can be hard to chop them. Siberian kale offers a rich, hearty, and woody flavor that adds an earthy tone when consumed raw in salads and smoothies. You can also enjoy this leafy veggie cooked — even steamed, boiled, or microwaved. Get creative by baking or air-frying the leaves to become crispy kale chips, or add them as an ingredient in soups.
